Y6 loved finding common and proper nouns around the classroom. Things became a little silly! 

Today Year 4 #embraced our outdoor learning topic of camouflage. We looked at using leaves, sticks and anything else that could help us blend into our environment. 

Year 4 really #enjoyed the session and can't wait for the next one. 

Year 2 enjoyed using different media to draw different play equipment from the playground. Using charcoal was a big hit! Next job is to turn these into mono prints.

Today we created our very own happy tin. We spoke about being nice to others and what kind things we can say and do. When the children were caught doing something nice or kind, their name went into our happy tin. We read out all of our happy post it notes at the end of the session, the children…

Today children came to school dressed in yellow or bright clothes for Mental Wellbeing Day! We watched the liver BBC lesson and carried out activities related to the lesson. 

In English we worked in pairs to read online biographies of famous people.

Year 4 #embraced Mental Health Day!

They really enjoyed watching the BBC live session and discussing their emotions. 

Year 2 enjoyed learning how to spot different features on a map of the local area. They then had a go at labelling a map of the area around school.
