Year 6 absolutely loved their heart dissection workshop this afternoon!

Year 4 have started decimals this week and been absolutely smashing it! We've been looking at ones and tenths and working out how to show different decimal numbers using a variety of place value counters. Well done Year 4!

And like that, Year 6 have completed their SATs!

Year 1 working hard and practising for their Phonics screening in June

Year 3 have been buzzing as they continue their 3D printing journey using the Tinker Cad. They are loving the Scribble Tool, unleashing their imaginations and turning ideas into tangible masterpieces.

Reception are enjoying their music lesson as they are grooving to Big Bear Funk.

Year 3 have fully #embraced the afternoon by diving into the making phase of their Textiles unit. Today, we began cutting the fabric for our felt pouches and pinning our designs in place! 

Year 5 has fully #embraced pattern making in Textiles! We've worked hard to refine our paper patterns and #enjoyed cutting the pieces from felt. Next up... sewing time! ✂️

Yesterday, we discussed what VE day was and why we celebrate it. Children worked together to think of reasons why we still celebrate it 80 years on! They created their own Union Jack flags to take outside during our VE day lunch and we observed the 2 minute silence. 

Today was all about hands on (and a bit messy!) fun in Science in Year 3. They had a blast dissecting plants while exploring the different parts of a plant and their functions
