Sorting animals into groups in Y1!
In Science we have been looking at all sorts of animals, identifying them and sorting them into groups. We have discussed the words 'mammals', 'reptiles' and 'fish' to begin with whilst looking at what makes these animals similar or different. Y1 were shocked to find out that we were mammals…

Year 3's First French Day!
Year 3 enjoyed French Day today. They have been learning to count to 10 in French as well as greetings and to ask how are you feeling.
Year 3 Autumn 1 Outdoor Learning
This half term our outdoor learning task was camouflage hands. We talked about how animals camouflage themselves in the wild and then had a go at camouflaging our hands using mud, trees and leaves around us. It was great fun!
