Faith Week in Year 2 - Hinduism and Islam

Hinduism

As part of Faith Week, we had a workshop on Hinduism. We enjoyed learning about it means to a Hindu and how their beliefs differ to ours.


Islam

We enjoyed learning about Islam and the different artefacts, including a prayer mat and the Quaran.

International Dot Day

We loved creating a piece of art starting with a dot of paint and seeing where it would take us. Once we painted our plate we used wool and a weaving method to create a dot in the middle.
